Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2023. We collect as little as possible and explain everything we do collect.
What we collect
- Newsletter signup: your name and email address, used only to send the monthly dispatch.
- Contact form: your name, email and message, used only to reply to you.
- Shop orders: contact, shipping and order details needed to fulfil your purchase, processed through our secure checkout provider.
What we never do
We never sell personal data, never share it with advertisers, and never add you to the newsletter because you bought a backpack. Each list is separate and each email carries an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only strictly necessary technical storage — remembering your cart and keeping pages fast. We run no third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may ask at any time what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write through the contact page with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will respond within five days.
Photography credits
Travel photography across this site is used under the Pexels licence. Individual photographer credits are listed on our licenses page.
